Our team are readily available before, during and after your stay to assist
10 a.m. is our standard check-out time however, we offer a 2-hour later check-out for 12 noon, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of Β£30, subject to availability.
There is also a fully refundable security deposit of Β£300, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.
If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 3 - 5 working days after your check-out.
We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill) to be uploaded in a third party link.
Our customer service team closes at 10 p.m., it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in. Please note verification can take up to an hour to complete.
There is a security camera on the front of the home for guest security as well as our property protection.
