Surveillance camera in the property, only monitoring the front door, for your safety as well as ours.
A noise monitor is present, which can only detect the decibels in the property, to prevent parties.
10 a.m. is our standard check-out time however, we offer a 2-hour later check-out for 12 noon, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability.
Our key collection point is a 24/7 convenience store which is located less than a mile away. It is a 2 minutes drive and 4 minute walk.
Check-out is when the keys are received back, if this is later than the agreed check-out time, you will incur a charge. The charge is dependent on how much later the keys are received.
There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £100, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.
If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 3 - 5 working days after your check-out.
We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill) to be uploaded in a third party link.
Our customer service team closes at 10 p.m., it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in. Please note verification can take up to an hour to complete.
You'll have full access to all the amenities during your stay, from the well-equipped kitchenette to the washer and dryer. Although parking is not designated, you'll find numerous options in the vicinity of the property.
